2-Hydroxyethyl substituted NHC precursors: Synthesis, characterization, crystal structure and carbonic anhydrase, α-glycosidase, butyrylcholinesterase, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory properties

In this study, a serie of novel synthesis of N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) precursors synthesised and characterized. Also, their inhibition effects were investigated against the α-glycosidase, carbonic anhydrase, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase.103
