Synthesis of silver-containing calcium aluminate particles and their effects on a MTA-based endodontic sealer

The modified sealer presented improved antibiofilm properties and calcium release, without dramatic effects on the other characteristics. It is expected a positive effect in its antimicrobial behavior.
