Simultaneous increase in conductivity and Seebeck coefficient in a polyaniline/graphene nanosheets thermoelectric nanocomposite

► Polyaniline/graphene thermoelectric composite pellets and films were prepared. ► The materials' electrical conductivity and Seebeck coefficient were measured. ► Both the properties increase with the increasing of graphene content. ► The addition of GNs greatly increases the carrier mobility of the composites.
