Effect of the reaction conditions on the formation of the ZnO nanostructures

The hexagonal wurtzite phase of ZnO was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) for all the samples. SEM and TEM analysis indicated that different morphologies were obtained by changing the order of addition of reactants.
