The linear and nonlinear optical properties of a bulged GaAs nanowire

In this paper the effects of bulge and nanowire radii on the optical properties of a bulged GaAs ultrafine nanowire such as the linear and third-order nonlinear absorption coefficient and refractive index changes have been investigated.
