Preliminary testing of global hybrid-Vlasov simulation: Magnetosheath and cusps under northward interplanetary magnetic field

► We show the first result of a new global beyond-MHD six-dimensional hybrid-Vlasov simulation. ► The solver reproduces the main characteristics of the magnetosheath and bow shock. ► Cusp injection patterns reproduce the expected behavior of northward IMF.
