چکیده انگلیسی
► We compared mutant levels by AS-qPCR with autologous DNA percentage by STR-PCR. ► Single nucleotide mutations are considered one of the MRD markers in leukemia. ► AS-qPCR detected mutant DNAs at a quantifiable level before relapse in complete chimerism. ► AS-qPCR for single nucleotide mutations was accurate and highly sensitive for monitoring MRD.
