چکیده انگلیسی
► We present a new method for obtaining antenna proteins in their native form. ► “MicroRotofor” and mass spectrometry allow us to identify LHCII proteins. ► We reveal changes in the concentrations of LHCII subunits during acclimation. ► The novel contribution of this study lies in the accuracy, precision and stability. ► We obtained crucial information of Lhcb1 isoforms during acclimation.
