Alterations in grapevine leaf metabolism upon inoculation with Plasmopara viticola in different time-points

► Metabolic change of grapevine resistant to a pathogen was profiled. ► Induced metabolites were investigated in different time-points. ► Phenylpropanoids and flavonoids were more induced in resistant cultivars. ► The induced metabolites showed own peak-points in time-series experiments.
