Individual-, family- and community-level determinants of full vaccination coverage among children aged 12-23 months in western Kenya

► Knowledge on vaccination schedule affected full vaccination coverage. ► Birth interval play more important role than number of children or family member. ► CHWs performance was also important determinants of full vaccination coverage. ► Interaction between literacy and wealth was significantly related in full vaccination. ► Increased frequency and quality of CHW visits would be effective intervention to increase vaccination rate.
