Dietary arginine surplus does not improve intestinal nutrient absorption capacity, amino acid metabolism and oxidative status of gilthead sea bream (Sparus aurata) juveniles

Recently some fish species have been shown to benefit from dietary arginine surplus, while evidences also exist of an Arg-Lys antagonism in other fish species. This manuscript gives further insight on the potential of dietary arginine supplementation in gilthead sea bream, a major aquaculture species in the Mediterranean.
