TGF-β2 induces proliferation and inhibits apoptosis of human Tenon capsule fibroblast by miR-26 and its targeting of CTGF

miR-26 could inhibit proliferation and promote apoptosis of human Tenon capsule fibroblasts after they were induced by TGF-β2 through suppressing CTGF expression.
