Risk factors and clinical profile of measles infection in children in Singapore

Apart from absent or incomplete MMR vaccination, risk factors for measles infection in children included age <24 months (80.9%) and travel history to countries with documented measles outbreaks. Continued cross border surveillance of measles and, timely administration of MMR vaccinations are therefore essential.
