A systematic review about the epidemiology of primary progressive multiple sclerosis in Latin America and the Caribbean

The study provides information on discriminated epidemiological features of PPMS in the region. The frequency observed was low in terms of prevalence. Follow up studies considering survival milestones and incidence data could provide a better understanding of the disease in the region.
