Afectación meníngea en la enfermedad de Erdheim-Chester

ECD is a rare disease, which affects mainly the osteoarticular system but also the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and the retroperitoneal space, and that often compromises the Central Nervous System. Our patient presents meningeal involvement. We conduct a literature review of the cases described until the present day, discuss the best therapeutic options and analyze, the potential differential diagnoses.
