Microsphere Embolization of Hypervascular Posterior Fossa Tumors

Preoperative embolization with microspheres can effectively reduce vascularity of the hypervascular posterior fossa tumor bed. This technique helped achieve complete resection, particularly for patients with recurrence after previous resection.
