Triphasic contrast enhanced CT simulation with bolus tracking for pancreas SBRT target delineation

For pancreas SBRT, we recommend combining the GTVs from a multiphasic CT simulation with bolus-tracking, including, at a minimum, a Boolean “OR” of the LA and PV phases.
