Intérêt de la TEP/TDM au 18FDG dans les sous-types histologiques agressifs de cancers thyroïdiens (oncocytaire et peu différencié)

This study confirms the good performances of 18FDG PET/CT for initial staging and in case of elevated Tg during the follow-up of aggressive histological subtypes of thyroid cancer. It does not seem relevant in the absence of a suspicion of recurrence or in the case of undetectable initial Tg.
