Distribution of ARGs and MGEs among glacial soil, permafrost, and sediment using metagenomic analysis

The elevated concentration of antibiotics, the number and diversity of ARGs in the sediment samples suggested both antibiotic and antibiotic-resistance pollution in the Pearl River. The diversity of MGEs was significantly correlated with the abundance and diversity of ARGs.185
