The program includes the goals of the pharmaceutical care process as defined in the recommendations of GESIDA- SEFH-National AIDS Plan 2004 and systematizes the proposed intervention strategies, in an attempt to provide the patient and the caregiver with the information required for an optimum management, in the most comprehensive way and tailored to their individual characteristics.
