Hematoma abdominal y pélvico poslaparoscópico debido a déficit de factor VII

We present the case of a 38 year old woman with Factor VII deficiency that, following surgical laparoscopy for adenexial cyst (paraovarian) had an abdominal and intraperitoneal haematoma. These were resolved surgically and by compression, and she needed no specific treatment.
