Utilisation des neuroleptiques chez les patients ambulatoires souffrant de schizophrénie

Public and private care populations were different but not as much as expected. In both settings, atypical neuroleptics were the predominant drugs used in the treatment of schizophrenia outpatients. The high frequency of drug change for lack of efficacy or side effects demonstrates the difficulties with the use of the present neuroleptic armamentarium.
