Traitement endovasculaire des anévrysmes non rompus de l'artère cérébrale moyenne

We report the feasibility of the endovascular treatment of MCA aneurysms previously estimated untreatable. Per procedural 3D imaging and remodelling technique were fundamental tools in the management of these aneurysms.
