Comparison of enthalpy and apparent molar volume data on nucleating lysozyme solution at various Li2SO4, MgCl2 and (NH4)2SO4 concentrations

The calorimetric measurements were carried out through mixing equal volumes of the solutions to be investigated. The density measurements were made after 1, 24 and 48 h of the dissolution of lysozyme in the buffer and electrolyte studied. Changes of nucleation enthalpy and apparent molar volumes vs. concentration of electrolyte studied have similar course.
