Hydrogen-bond supramolecular structure of group 13 Schiff base complexes

The structural features of the organoaluminum, -gallium and -indium Schiff base complexes are discussed in relation to the hydrogen-bond networks. The weak intra- and intermolecular forces resulting from the CHimino⋯O, CHaryl⋯O, CHaliph⋯O, CH⋯π hydrogen bonds, and π-stacking play a crucial role in the molecular assembly of these compounds in the solid state.
