Preparation and characterization of poly-ɛ-caprolactone nanoparticles containing griseofulvin

The dissolution rate of griseofulvin nanoparticles was higher than that of micronized griseofulvin therefore recourse to nanoencapsulation of griseofulvin should enhance its bioavailability and possibly its efficiency for the treatment of dermatomycosis.
