The HIF-2α/VEGF pathway activation in cutaneous capillary haemangiomas

It is suggested that the activation of the HIF-2α pathway and the consequent overexpression of VEGF by the endothelial cells are involved in the pathogenesis of cutaneous capillary haemangiomas.
