Aseptically packaged UHPH-treated apple juice: Safety and quality parameters during storage

► For first time UHPH processing has been coupled with aseptic packaging. ► UHPH apple juice is commercially sterile with no microbial growth for 2 months at 30 °C. ► Degradation reaction constant and activation energy were calculated. ► Polyphenol, vitamin C and color changes were modeled for storage conditions.
