چکیده انگلیسی
► GH10 xylanase showed better hydrolytic capacity than GH11 xylanase in wheat straw hydrolysis. ► Clear synergy interactions between thermostable xylanases and cellulases were demonstrated. ► Excellent hydrolytic properties of the thermostable xylanase were observed at high temperature. ► The activities from the host strain Trichoderma reesei had a beneficial contribution to hydrolysis.
