Comment améliorer l'évaluation de l'activité en soins palliatifs dans un Centre Régional de Lutte Contre le Cancer à l'arrivée de la T2A ? Étude au Centre Paul Strauss de Strasbourg

The cost of palliative care is largely underestimated in the current French health care fund cost schedule (PMSI). With the new schedule (T2A) it is primordial for health care providers to optimize the different care practices which determine their financial resources. The present study confirms the serious underestimation of the cost of palliative care and presents a multiple-criteria analysis tool, the UDSMA grid, for better quantifying palliative care activities. This tool is proposed to improve use and fix limits.
