چکیده انگلیسی
Nutrition education tools are required to counter the obesity epidemic observed among children in France and many other countries. Within the framework of a project based on behavioral and cognitive interventions in schools of a low income area, a token economy program was set up during the food break in a nursery school class in order to increase conviviality and self-controlled behaviors with food. Results showed an increase in convivial behaviors, and a decrease in disruptive behaviors which were not directly the target of the program. Moreover, an increase of self-controlled behaviors with food was noted. In addition, the teacher found the behavioral evaluation tools could be used without outside assistance.
