The potential of sparse photometric data in asteroid shape modeling

► Sparse data from the Catalina Sky Survey observatory were investigated. ► In some cases sufficient for a unique asteroid shape model. ► Reliability of these asteroid models were investigated. ► Test of the solution stability and correctness is presented. ► Same methods should be applied also to Gaia data.
