On the possibility to determine the electrical conductivity of 67P/CG from ROSETTA magnetic field observations

► We describe how the conductivity of 67P/CG can be measured with ROSETTA magnetometers. ► We derive analytical relations and discuss their solutions for particular parameters. ► We show that conductivities in the range of water ice conductivity can be measured. ► We show that the presence of a core can be detected by ROSETTA instruments.
