Pharmacophore modeling for hERG channel facilitation

► We constructed the pharmacophore model for hERG channel facilitation. ► This model consists of one positively ionizable feature and three hydrophobic features. ► The spatial distribution of these features are different from that of blockers. ► Facilitation could be induced by a different mechanism.
