⺠Ras signaling complex is mainly localized on internal membranes during exponential growth on glucose. ⺠Ras signaling complex components are differentially localized. ⺠Cdc25 and Ras are present mainly on ER membranes, while Cyr1 and Ira2 are also localized on mitochondria.
