Evidence that PGE2 in the dorsal and median raphe nuclei is involved in LPS-induced anorexia in rats
چکیده انگلیسی
► NS-398 administered 1 h before LPS completely eliminated LPS anorexia. ► NS-398 eliminated LPS‐induced c‐Fos expression after LPS in several brain areas. ► Injection of PGE2 into the dorsal/median raphe reduced food intake by 35%. ► Central injection of NS-398 into the dorsal/median raphe attenuated LPS anorexia.
