چکیده انگلیسی
► RRM1 oxidation is solely responsible for oxidation-induced TDP-43 aggregations. ► Oxidized RRM1 loses nucleic acid-binding activity. ► Oxidation-induced RRM1 aggregation is caused by changes in protein conformation. ► The molecular basis of oxidation-induced RRM1 aggregation is proposed.
