Formulation and evaluation of oral microparticulate ovarian cancer vaccines

► We prepared microparticulate vaccine containing cell lysate using spray dryer. ► Vaccine efficacy was evaluated in mice via oral administration. ► Vaccinated mice showed retardation of tumor volume after tumor challenge. ► Humoral and cellular responses were elevated in case of vaccinated mice. ► This oral vaccine provides a promising approach to ovarian cancer treatment.
