CpG oligodeoxynucleotide and montanide ISA 206 adjuvant combination augments the immune responses of a recombinant FMDV vaccine in cattle

► A recombinant FMDV vaccine contained multiple B cell and T cell epitopes was constructed. ► CpG ODN RW03 was capable of stimulating vigorous proliferation of bovine splenocytes. ► CpG ODN RW03 and ISA combination could enhance A7 to induce vigorous antibody response in mice. ► CpG ODN RW03 and ISA combination could enhance A7 to induce vigorous antibody response in cattle.
