Comparative analysis of the complete genome sequences of two Australian origin live attenuated vaccines of infectious laryngotracheitis virus

► The complete genome sequences of Australian-origin ILTV vaccines were determined. ► Australian-origin ILTV vaccines shared 99.9% of nucleotide sequence identity. ► Two of non-synonymous SNPs were identified between Australian-origin ILTV. ► Australian-origin ILTV showed 99.2% of nucleotide identity with European-origin.
