Immunogenicity and safety of intradermal influenza vaccine in children

► We evaluated influenza vaccine administered intradermallly (ID-TIV) in children. ► ID-TIV with 9 μg and virosmal TIV with 15 μg of antigens has similar immunogenicity. ► ID-TIV with 15 μg of each antigen confers the best protection against influenza. ► ID-TIV regardless of antigen dose appear to have an acceptable safety profile.
