Changes in ecosystem service values in Zoige Plateau, China

▶ We investigate changes in ecosystem services in response to land use change in Zoige Plateau. ▶ We evaluate ecological service values in 1975, 1990, and 2005 in the area. ▶ The high-cover grassland and wetlands have the highest ecosystem service values and showed accelerated degradation during the study period.
