Prélèvements biologiques médicolégaux : vers un statut spécifique ?

The biological takings realized in forensic aim and placed under seal are not the object of a specific legal status. These sometimes samples takings of an emotional and symbolic value cannot be considered as simple objects. The legislator intervened recently to mitigate this absence of legal framework. However, the adopted measures remain still indistinct but establish a first step towards a specific legal status of the biological takings.
