The French version of the FCQ-T-r has psychometric properties comparable to its original version with a one-factor structure. The shortness of the FCQ-T-r (15 items) makes it a quick and an easy-to-use self-administered questionnaire in order to assess food craving and to monitor its change after treatment in clinical populations.
