Graphitic C3N4 nanosheet and hemin/G-quadruplex DNAzyme-based label-free chemiluminescence aptasensing for biomarkers

It was found that g-C3N4 nanosheet (g-C3N4 NS) could effectively quench the chemiluminescence (CL) emission of luminol-hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) system. According to the new discovery, a label-free and versatile CL aptasensor relied on the luminol-hemin/G-quadruplex DNAzyme-H2O2 system and g-C3N4 NS was developed for sensitive detection of various biomarkers.310
