Thermal conductivity and Kapitza resistance of cyanate ester epoxy mix and tri-functional epoxy electrical insulations at superfluid helium temperature

► We measured the thermal properties of cyanate ester mix and tri-functional epoxies between 1.6 and 2.0 K. ► These materials are potential candidates for electrical insulations of Nb3Sn magnets. ► The thermal conductivities, closed to other epoxy materials, have a linear evolution with temperature. ► The Kapitza resistances, closed to other epoxies, have a temperature dependency following the theory.
