Charge and spin transport through the two-dimensional electron gas/ferromagnet junctions with Rashba spin-orbit coupling

Two distinguishing features are predicted in the conductance spectra of 2DEG/F junctions with RSOC. To obtain large conductance and spin polarization in the junctions with some usual barrier, inserting an an interfacial spin-flip is suggested.
