Fabrication and properties of Li-doped ZnCoO diluted magnetic semiconductor thin films

► The electron concentration of ZnCoO:Li film was evidently higher than that of ZnCoO film. ► The introduced Li was mainly in the interstitial sites behaving as donors in ZnCoO. ► The room temperature ferromagnetism of the ZnCoO system may prefer existing in an n-type environment.
