Influences of in situ annealing on microstructure, residual stress and electrical resistivity for sputter-deposited Be coating

Residual stress measurement for the Be films grown on K9 substrate with different annealing temperatures were carried out by the curvature method. It displays not only the tensile stress but also compressive stress.
