Research on YAl2 intermetallics particles reinforced Mg-14Li-3Al matrix composites

▶ The interface of YAl2p/LA143 composite is clean, and has a good continuity. ▶ YAl2p/LA143 composite exhibits excellent mechanical properties. ▶ Cracks in composite mainly initiate in the matrix during tensile deformation. ▶ YAl2 particles can be compatible with deformation of the matrix.
